I design learning experiences that help people do their jobs with less confusion and more confidence. I've worked in higher ed, product enablement, and corporate L&D at large organizations.
I don't see learning as a standalone product. It's one piece of a bigger system that includes tools, processes, and the stories people tell themselves about their work. Sometimes the solution is learning. Sometimes it's fixing a broken process or clarifying expectations.
I help teams figure out where learning actually fits, then build something practical and human-centered that works for both the business and the people doing the work.
I'm a strategist and a maker. A lot of my work is narrative-driven—taking complex ideas and turning them into clear stories that help people understand and act. I can shape the strategy for an initiative, then build what brings it to life, whether that's a workshop, an interactive module, or a resource that makes someone's day easier.
